All hampers are curated with care; however, product availability may vary based on stock. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made without prior notice.
Terms and Conditions of Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual items may differ slightly in appearance, packaging, or color.
Terms and Conditions of Customized hampers are subject to availability and additional processing time.
- Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated.
In Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to update pricing without any prior notice.
Terms and Conditions of Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateways.
- Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after 24 hours.
In case of order cancellation requests within 48 hours, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting payment gateway and handling charges.
- Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your hampers on the chosen date, but delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Divine Gift Hampers will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information.
- Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged or defective products, provided that proof (images/video) is shared within 24 hours of delivery.
All refund approvals are subject to management’s discretion.
